The requirements we fulfill in the household goods sector are as diverse as the industry itself.
Cleaning rags and other cloths are usually packed particularly tightly with printed film. Euroholes for hanging up and presenting the goods and double packs are also possible. Suitable film packaging machines are a flexo, servo X or flowpack X.

Sponges and cloths can be individually wrapped or automatically grouped or stacked and then wrapped with printed film or packed as a flowpack. High capacities are possible as well as hang packs and our patented tight packing. Wet cleaning cloths are optimally packed as an airtight flowpack.
Candles are either packed individually or in bundles. For producing bundles, for examples with tea lights, the items may be either stacked or grouped. Packaging is often made of PVC film and is produced on flexo or servo X machines with side sealing or bottom cut sealing.
The air freshener is automatically taken from the upstream machine and is first soaked with the fragrance in the Hugo Beck packaging machine flowpack X. Afterwards it is airtightly packed with up to 150 cycles/minute, usually in register printed film with a hanging hole.
No matter whether coffee filters are to be packed with form sealing, disposable tableware is shrink-wrapped, cups are first counted and then packed in film or tablecloths are to be bagged, everything can be packaged with Hugo Beck machines of the types flexo, servo X or flowpack X. Register printed films are also possible.
Vacuum cleaners from well-known brands are wrapped in a special film for protection during transport. This film is perforated to allow air to escape quickly and it protects the product against chafing in the box. Besides a flexo film packaging machine, a fully automated servo X including handling system can also be used.
Transport or sales packaging for textile products and various other items available online such as multimedia products. The products are packed tightly in a poly bag or shrink-wrapped. Suitable packaging machines are a flexo 700 e-com or servo X. The film bags are used either as packaging for the individual products or as a mailing bag. Different product dimensions are packed automatically and flexibly.
