Sponges and cloths can be individually wrapped or automatically grouped or stacked and then wrapped with printed film or packed as a flowpack. High capacities are possible as well as hang packs and our patented tight packing. Wet cleaning cloths are optimally packed as an airtight flowpack.
The air freshener is automatically taken from the upstream machine and is first soaked with the fragrance in the Hugo Beck packaging machine flowpack X. Afterwards it is airtightly packed with up to 150 cycles/minute, usually in register printed film with a hanging hole.
Various types of packaging are possible and usually, packaging is carried out under a protective gas atmosphere on a flowpack X machine. Printed films can be processed. Cheese packs can also be shrunk. There are some applications especially in the field of "soft cheese".
Pizzas can be packed in bags, shrink packs or flowpacks. Suitable machines are available in various performance and hygiene classes in stainless steel or as painted variant. Capacities up to 200 cycles/minute can be achieved with the machine types flowpack X or servo X. Producing bundles or wrapping pizza boxes in stacks is possible.
Sausage can be pre-packed in stacks and then processed with a Form Fill and Seal machine such as flexo. Another variant is airtight packaging with flowpack machines which are also processing register printed film.
Fresh salads such as rocket or lamb's lettuce, spinach, etc. in a tray and in flowpack packaging produced with a flowpack R packaging machine.
Fresh vegetables such as peppers, carrots, tomatoes in flowpack packaging with or without a tray produced with flowpack R packaging machines.
Various baked goods such as cakes and pastries are packed in sales packaging of register printed film on flowpack machines, featuring high output ranges and automatic infeed of the products. Airtight packaging is used to ensure particularly long shelf life.
Chocolates and candies in flowpack with header and label for product information. A printed card with the list of ingredients for example can be applied to one side of the pack.

Mouth-nose protection masks such as medical face masks or FFP2 masks with or without valves are packed in bags of 1 to 10 pieces. Packaging is available in both airtight flowpacks and common poly bags. The packaging films can be printed or perforated for quick air escape, and automatic transfer from the mask production pre-systems can be achieved.
