Firstly, a special device of the film packaging machine folds the film off-centre, so that it protrudes on one side and remains open during the packaging process. After applying a double-sided adhesive tape, the film flap is automatically folded over and the product is thus packed in the bag. The products, such as photo paper, can now be removed individually and the bag can be reclosed.
Reclosable closures can be made with either cold glue or a double-sided adhesive tape.
Products with a maximum height up to 25 mm are easily packed in film, ensuring a consumer-friendly finish.
