The sleeve wrapper paper S is a compact machine solution for sustainable transport and secondary packaging in paper. Products with or without a tray are wrapped with a tight paper sleeve using uncoated kraft paper with overlap and optimised hot-melt gluing. This results in stable, transport-ready bundles that ensure product safety throughout the entire supply chain – without the use of plastic film or unnecessary cardboard.
FMCG manufacturers and other users benefit from this resource-efficient alternative to heat-based shrink wrapping processes and extensive cardboard systems, particularly through reduced material and energy consumption.
Optional components such as printing units, labelling systems or additional automation solutions can be integrated, allowing the machine to be tailored to specific customer requirements.
To ensure a perfect interaction between paper substrate and machine technology, the paper S sleeve wrapper has been specially optimised for the Ad/Vantage StretchWrap kraft paper of the paper manufacturer Mondi with a weight of only 70 g/m².
With minimal material use, this packaging solution delivers the mechanical strength required for transport and logistics – without compromising operational efficiency.
